Pancakes (Fat)
These are the smaller, fat ones. Think they’re called American pancakes.
- 135g plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 130ml milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon melted butter (let it cool)

Biscuits
- 100g butter (soft or melted+cooled)
- 100g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoons vanilla
- 275g plain flour
Smash it into a bowl. Beat, preferably with an electric one. Double for more.
Roll out, cut shapes (preferably dinosaurs), 1cm deep.
170C Fan Oven. Bake for 10 minutes (or golden brown).
